Cancellations and Refunds
All reservations are subject to the cancellation provisions set forth below and by which the participant agrees to be bound. Cancellations for all or any part of the activity shall not be effective until they are received in writing and confirmed by Fore!CME, LLC. Cancellations received at least 46 days prior to the start of the activity for which the person has registered, will be refunded full price of the package rate minus the credit card processing fee of roughly 5%. Cancellations received 45 days or less prior to the start of the activity will result in forfeiture of the full price. We strongly urge participants to consider purchasing activity trip cancellation insurance. No refunds will be made for any part of this activity on which you choose not to participate.

Insurance
We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance, which is available for coverage of expenses in conjunction with cancellation due to illness or accident. In the event that you must cancel your participation in the activity, cancellation insurance may be your only source of reimbursement. You may obtain coverage through a company of your choice, or go to www.insuremytrip.com to investigate insurance options. Upon registration, activity participants indicate acceptance of the above terms.
